Video streaming services on their way to iPhone
It seems that a fair proportion of the developer community shares my frustrations with the lack of video tools on the iPhone - and thanks to the SDK (and their infinitely superior coding abilities), a few are already planning to do something about it.
As this post from The Unofficial Apple Weblog shows, there are a few contenders already planning to throw their proverbial hats into the ring. Here’s hoping more follow (and even that Apple considers offering some native video functions in the near future) - it’s certainly one feature I sorely miss from previous handsets and the iPhone should be putting them to shame, not the other way round.
